Both with the new registrations in the over-all passenger car market in Germany the AUDI A6 has a nose in front of the competition as well as in fleet business in the executive-class category. 52,299 AUDI A6s were registered in the first ten months of 2006 in Germany.

In the fleet market, Audi’s middleweight is just as successful: altogether 25,291 vehicles were sold commercially from January to October 2006. Thus the Audi A6 is also market leader in the fleet business for its class. “The selection of diesel offerings for the Audi A6 is one aspect the commercial customer particularly likes. They prefer the low emissions and the lower consumption“, commented Armin Villinger, Head of Sales for Fleet Customers at Audi AG. “Regarding those quality of workmanship, the Audi A6 is likewise unbeatable“, added Villinger.
