2008 Suzuki Reno What’s New
The front-drive Reno compact hatchback sedan is based on the Forenza and is also manufactured in South Korea . Largely a carryover for the 2008 model year, the Reno will be discontinued in the near future as Suzuki plans new products for the U.S. market.
The standard drivetrain remains the 2.0-liter, 127-horsepower engine also used in the Forenza, with the buyer's choice of five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission with adaptive control system that alters shift points and firmness to match driving conditions.
The Reno 's interior is larger than many competitors and it is priced very competitively as well. New equipment for 2008 includes steering-wheel audio controls on the Convenience package, and optional Bluetooth connectivity across the lineup.
