Bentley Continental GTC Speed spied
These are the first images of what will become the convertible version of the Bentley GT Speed - likely to be named the GTC Speed.
Spied here at the Nurburgring, it will become the fastest drop-top Bentley has built in its 90-year long history.
Power is likely to be on par with its hard-top sibling, developing around 550kW from its twin-turbocharged W12 engine.
From a standstill, the GTC Speed should take just 4.5 seconds to reach 100km/h and keep going to a top speed beyond 320km/h.
As with its ‘Speed’ spec coupe sibling, the GTC Speed will boast wider wheels compared to the standard GT and more prominent exhaust pipes.
However to accommodate its folding roof, it seems the rear spoiler has shrunk slightly.
