Volkswagen recalls '08 Passat and '09 Tiguan SUV (U.S)

The ever-popular '09 Volkswagen Tiguan's perceived quality among consumers is already suffering, as the automaker is recalling the new small SUV along with its 2008 Passat and Passat wagon for an engine surge problem tied into the engine computer.
