Astra TwinTop prices revealed

Vauxhall is keen to get the drop on its rivals with the Astra TwinTop convertible.

Complete with essential folding metal roof, the TwinTop undercuts the competition with a starting price of £16,995 for the 1.6-litre model.

Buyers can choose from three trim levels: base, Sport and Design.

There are four engine options, starting with the 1.6, then 1.8 and a 2.0-litre turbo, with a 148bhp 1.9 turbodiesel rounding things off.

The Astra TwinTop will arrive in May with prices stretching from the £16,995 starting point to £20,695.
